Now that I have more free time, I decided to rejoin Toastmasters International, which I had left in 2011. I missed the personal interaction of a club.
So, I looked at two smaller clubs near home – Club Fed and
Saint Al’s. Club Fed meets at a local Bureau of Land Management office, but only every two
weeks. Saint Al’s, which I joined earlier this month, meets at Saint Alphonsus
hospital every Friday. On March 17 I gave an Icebreaker speech. Yesterday I was
the Table Topics master (which I’ll say more about tomorrow).
