For Honolulu and Vancouver the Quantum of the Seas docked. But on April 29 at Kailua Kona, Hawaii it anchored offshore and used tender boats (motor lifeboats) to ferry passengers to the dock for shore excursions. That ship has sixteen boats, each with a length of 41 feet and a width of 18 feet.
