And he refers to a 2025 book by Ethan Kross titled Shift: Managing Your Emotions – So They Don’t Manage You.
Another article by Lauren Parsons in Toastmaster Magazine on December 2024 (pages 17 to 19) is titled Master Your Self-Talk and subtitled Filter out negative influences and talk to yourself compassionately.
